Voyara began with a simple frustration: the best travel advice never makes it into guidebooks. So we built a company around the people who know.
Built by travellers, run by locals
It started in 2018 on a delayed train outside Tbilisi. Our founders had booked the trip themselves and kept stumbling into places no itinerary had mentioned — a winemaker's cellar, a monastery feast, a road that wasn't on any map.
They realised the magic was never the destination. It was the person who knew it. So Voyara was built as a network of local trip designers — guides, hosts and former tour leaders who actually live where you're headed.
Today that network spans 80+ countries. Every itinerary is hand-built, every recommendation comes from someone on the ground, and every trip is something you couldn't have planned alone. We call it travelling deeper, not just further.
